After a departure temp of about 62F from Phoenix, at an altitude of under 2000', we gradually climbed towards our goal of Williams AZ. We detoured through Sedona and the beautiful rock formations (see Table Rock in #2 pic) At the 5,000' point we once again ran into the beautiful (?) snow. When we checked into the campgroung, ( elevation 6700') the temp had dropped to 44F. This morning (Sun) the ground is frozen....but it is going to warm up for the trip to the Grand Canyon
